Oporto, Portugal

DeHAUS_Garten Residenz is a gated community with 17 apartments, as well as shared and private gardens, located right on the Avenida da Boavista in Oporto. The project consists of an existing mansion, dating from the 1930s, and two additional constructions to the west and east of the plot. With a plot size of 4970 sqm and a floor space of 4850 sqm, this is currently one of the most exclusive projects being developed and sold in Oporto.
The project is currently being built and will be completed in December 2016.


Hotel Adagio München

Munich, Germany

This 120-room hotel is centrally located, close to Munich’s central train station, and was built by the Spectrum Group for the two French hotel groups Accor S.A. and Pierre et Vacances S.A. The project was undertaken for hotel operator Adagio as an apartment-hotel, and boasts a floor space of 5700 sqm.
The hotel currently figures in the portfolio of Spectrum Immobilien Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH&Co.Kg

Hotel Atrium

Munich, Germany

This 160-room hotel is located between Munich’s central train station and the Theresienwiese. It was built by the Spectrum Group for the Best Western Group. The project has a floor space of 5000 sqm and a beautiful atrium, which fits seamlessly into Munich’s typical perimeter block building style and embraces nature on its rear façade and patio area.
In 2007 the project was sold to a Danish group of investors.


Munich, Germany

The Sabelschule is centrally located near to Munich’s central train station and is operated by the Sabel Bildungsgruppe. The Sabel Bildungsgruppe has several sites in Germany, operating a business school, a secondary school and other courses in their Munich site. The building complex has a floor space of 5560 sqm, providing several outdoor break areas on different levels.
